Please note: Registration forms will only be accepted if payment has accompanied the form. A payment arrangement may also be made with up to four post-date cheques made payable to SDMHA, all cheques must be dated before December 1, 2010.

Registration fee for 2010-11 season

$350 (Novice to Juvenile),
$325 (Mahg)

IMPORTANT: CC Tryouts are scheduled to begin August 21. If your child is interested in attending the CC tryouts (Atom to Midget), an additional fee of $50 for registration in the CC tryouts is also due at the time of registration.

Registration forms are only accepted with full payment (post-dated cheques up to December 1, 2010 are accepted). Please contact us if you have any questions about payment plans.

Registration and CC tryout fees must be paid before players are allowed on the ice.
